Ease of installation. in sensors

It was installed on a 2010 Chevy Equinox, it was exactly the same as the factory part. item arrived new. Some of the reviews were about the "lubrication" of the new part. This is an anti-seize compound that is applied to the screws to make removing this O2 sensor easier. It is not used. If it were used it would look burned as it is in direct contact with the burned fuel.

Low Risk Replacement

This is a GM OEM replacement so there is minimal risk of premature failure or reduced performance when replacing other brands. I replaced the wrong sensor that was previously installed at the shop which caused the engine to stall a minute after starting. This sensor works great and the engine now runs as it should. The cost of that correct GM sensor was about 1/3 the cost of the bogus Bosch sensor.

Exact fit OE 2012 Equinox LS (Lost code P0420!)

I received this to replace the upstream oxygen sensor on one of my 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. The renovation was so easy my 6 and 8 year old daughters had to help me. After installing a new O2 sensor I cleared the codes (P0420) on the car and drove it. The codes are gone and the car no longer feels like it will stall when accelerating. It also runs smoother at idle.

Repair at a low price!

Repair at an affordable price! Works well. December 2016 update: Gas mileage is now better. He fixed a bunch of codes (wish I could remember the number) that indicated a bad catalytic converter or a rich mixture, which others said wasn't. Both O2 sensors have been replaced so maybe that's what you need. AC power is cheaper than some sensors with "universal" connectors that require assembly. The AC connections were perfect for the 2008 G6 with the 4 cylinder engine.

Looks like a genuine part and fair price

GM Genuine Parts 213-4537 Heated Oxygen Sensor for $40 in March 2021. The upstream oxygen sensor is for the 2013 Equinox 2.4 L suitable. I recommend working both upstream (after the collector) and downstream (next to the cat) at the same time. It's really a hassle to remove, lubricate and use a well fitting oxygen sensor puller to avoid stripping the screw. Rockauto is cheaper ($35) but then delivery and not as fast as amz 1 day. NOT new/RETURNED Best in Parts

Ordered for my 2014 Equinox and there is absolutely no way it was a new upstream O2 sensor. The package arrived with the top O2 sensor loosely packed in a standard GM box. The threads had an anti-seize coating with a damaged metal seal (probably from a previous attempt at installation). There's a human hair stuck in the wiring harness (I swear to god).
