My daughter needed these shoes for Dorothy's Halloween costume. I've seen many complaints about glitter falling off when walking. However, this was not a problem for us! The shoes arrived perfectly packaged and had no added shine. If you made a simple spray of clear glue this can be fixed. The shoes were half a size too big but nothing that didn't cause problems! Improve and look beautiful! I look forward to writing my next review!
