Functions. Quite noisy - Engine cooling and air conditioning

Firstly, it did not fill itself after installation, never had such a problem. Once primed it held a charge and worked fine, about 2 weeks into installation it occasionally does what I can only assume is a storage squeak, it didn't get any worse after 5 weeks but I'm fixing my old pump and changing soon to this one since I don't trust that. Update, the pump is completely out of service today, doesn't pump water at all, took it off, ordered a real Volvo car, luckily the water was calm, not far from the dock and no tug needed.
