Cannot be seen from the photos and description but these gloves are very large and thick. They definitely do the job as advertised, but good luck trying to slip a pair in your back pocket. I had a pair of heat resistant gloves from another brand which were great, I was able to fold 2 gloves in half and store on my back. Bag and then put them on very quickly when needed (I'm serving food in a restaurant) but you can't do that with these gloves, they're just too thick. I've tried carrying just one glove in my pocket, but that's just not practical for my job. On a positive note, the gloves in my back pocket keep me from breaking if I ever fall backwards. any bones.
