*Note - updated below *Original message: This heater stopped working within a month of setup. The thermometer seems accurate and activates, but the heater doesn't do anything else. It appeared to be a quality product and I was very happy with it. Then it just didn't work. I set it up according to the instructions, it worked great, and then it died. I've tried shutting down, restarting, changing the temperature, etc. It's done. *Update* I contacted Hygger, they asked for some pictures and they agreed to replace the heating element. Arrived relatively quickly, connected normally, the heating works again. Thank you Hygger for the quality customer service.
