So far I have really enjoyed using this product. I haven't even finished my seats yet, but the product appears to do exactly what is shown. The only problem I have is that everything I've seen, seen, read makes me believe there are enough products out there to do the job I envisioned. In fact, their service rep, answering someone else's question, said that was enough. Well, it wasn't even close. I realized the filler wasn't enough. I was very careful not to spend anything (at all). So far I have about half of what I need. I've already asked the Furniture Clinic if I could buy more putty. If they contacted me (as promised) I would just wait to get started. Didn't want it, but wanted a different repair kit. wanted to buy a fountain pen. It doesn't seem to be available on Revain. I finally found it for sale on their website but the shipping cost is 2/3 of the can. My intention now is to find a pen near me, probably a different brand, and move on. My problems could have been avoided very easily if I had spoken directly about what I'm really getting. I could have just bought more from them at the time of purchase, even if I had to order it from their website I spent enough money to get free shipping. Not bad, not a disaster, just makes it worse. Make sure you know what you need and what you're really getting.
