I've only been using this heater for about 2 weeks but so far it's working very well. Some Pros: 6 foot cable which is great. Large selection. The fan is larger than most ceramic heaters I own. The interior of this heater is larger than some of my other heaters, so the fan on this unit is larger, which is great. Heat output seems good and on par with some of my other ceramic heaters. The thermostat/temperature settings work well too. There are no complaints yet. Some cons: This heater does NOT have a rollover protection. So if you have a pet or a child that ran in and knocked it over, it will NOT turn off. This safety feature is a must have for any portable ceramic heater in my opinion. It only makes sense. Next, these little ceramic heaters should have some sort of filter on the back where the intake fan is. Most of my other brand heaters have a removable filter that can be cleaned. This will keep the ceramic element and other components cleaner and last longer. Believe me. Most air conditioners/purifiers and home ovens have filters for a reason. As a result, you often need to use an air compressor to blow out any debris. One final note: the power indicator lights up as soon as you plug it in. So you have no idea if it is enabled or not. There should be 2 bulbs/LEDs. Each with a different color. Plugged in. Switched on. My other devices only show the power indicator when the device is actually on, not when it's plugged in. All n All . I think this is a decent heater but there are others that are cheaper and perform better.
