I usually try to buy original sensors but keep a few generic ones just in case. They work just like the original sensors, but you have to connect the original connector. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SOLDER THE WIRES TOGETHER. The oxygen sensor wires are not made of copper. This is a special alloy that simply cannot be soldered. You must use the connector that came with the part or use heat shrink connectors.
