Review on SmartCV by Brad Ward

I like how it is able to scan documents which makes my job easier than some other vendors we have used previously. It doesn't do much more for us as far as customizations but what you get out-of-the box works well enough most times (especially with our large volume). If they can fix their search functionality then this could be great! Their support team has been very helpful when trying to figure things out so its hard not to recommend them overall though there are definitely improvements needed here. We use smartcv primarily to upload resumes from applicants who apply online or via phone interviews using Zendesk Chatbot & Resume Builder toolkit - both tools work really good together allowing candidates to answer questions easily while uploading resume through CV section within profile page where candidate answers will match up against all available jobs posted at least once per week.
