This desktop laptop stand is exactly as described on Revain's website ie. Versatile, ergonomic, flexible, durable and portable. I bought it for my wife who works on her computer but cannot sit at her desk for long periods due to health reasons. She can use this stand while leaning on the bed and fully adjust it to any angle she wants. It's strong yet light so she can put it on the floor by the bed and easily pick it up when she needs to get some work done. She is very happy with this stand and we have not had any of the issues listed in the one star reviews. I checked the stands/tables at various stores before purchasing this Revain table and it is better than the stands at the stores I have visited. .
