I like how they have many different ways of reaching out with our organization through social media platforms as well has emailing newsletters that we can send directly or via an app called "Wise" which is very easy once you set it up! The only thing i dislike about them would be if there was more training available regarding Social Platforms but other than this everything works great so far!! They also help us get new members in my office by doing some advertising campaigns where people sign-up from those ads then go into one class taught at work during lunch time when its free food/drinks included =).
