Good up. The lining was wavy. Leave it for a few days. But it turns out I didn't need it either. everything held the bolts perfectly and helped keep the gasket centered. Tighten the screw slowly. RTV is not required. Just gently insert them in and then pull them out. No leaks. But that depends on your preamp.
