I bought three of these silicone baguette molds as I know several people who are gluten free, dairy free or diabetic. Trying to find low-carb, gluten-free rolls is expensive or difficult. I can mix and match recipes to my needs and make just enough to freeze effortlessly. Cookie cutters before filling with dough. Otherwise, the filled baguette mold will be difficult to move. The included pastry brush is ok but like me I suspect people have better quality ones so don't expect a super quality brush included at such a great price. Anyway, I didn't buy them for a brush but for a silicone mini baguette mold and they are perfect for my needs. I always place my silicone items on the top rack. I would suggest removing the small feathers from some clogged holes before washing. Lots of low carb food sites or special diet bread recipes and other sites if you have trouble quantifying slots or bake times.
