When confronted with adversity, the side wheel is inverted by default; nevertheless, in Chrome, tabs switch properly unless I disable the inversion globally, in which case they go backwards. Then, I activate the inversion on the outer wheel and customize it specifically for chrome. There is no progress. In that instant, the configurations are frozen in place permanently. You can't customize anything; all options are fixed. Two, the justification for granting permission is hazy. Considering the other issues, I reinstalled the software multiple times, and each time I entered into my account via Google mail. You can't save your preferences. I don't understand why I have to sign in. Reinstalling software is like jiving with a tambourine. I installed the program and was prompted to log in; I did so using my Google Mail account, but nothing changed. When I relaunch the program, I see simply a blank gray rectangle. Everything. The same methodology is used regardless of whether you reinstall or not. After further investigation, support recommended that we delete several logi files from a system folder (!) That was successful the first time, but not the second. After disabling the mouse with the Unifying tool for the second time, erasing all logi files from the hard drive, and then running the program's registry cleaner, everything started working normally again (!) The Bluetooth mouse does not function. I just did nothing; I uninstalled all logi software, uninstalled all HID devices, uninstalled all bluetooth devices, and ate drivers. Problems with establishing a connection between mouse and computer. I made sure that all of the Bluetooth versions would function together, and they did. All the help in the world wouldn't be enough 5. Help with all of Logitech's products. I went over the issue with them starting at point 3. I was given advice about mechanical damage, such as blowing the mouse out with compressed air. I feel like they ignored my letter. They wasted 1.5 weeks detailing the models of all my devices after I described the problem from the 5th point, and then they recommended ating the drivers after I responded to them that I did it right away.
