I have just returned from a three day trip with four adult males who can consume colossal amounts of coffee in the morning. I used a light kettle to heat water on my pocket rocket cooker and then added it to the press. Works like any press you've ever used. It was a very efficient way to brew multiple cups of coffee in a short amount of time. To be honest, I drink "rotten" coffee that can remove stains from pavement. This press made me feel like I was going to the bistro for my morning coffee. It really is that good and it keeps the leftover coffee nice and warm so you don't have to rush. I've had several coffee makers in the past that have always felt a little flimsy. The thing is a tank. You will simply feel the power in your hands. It is also very easy to clean, which is important to ensure that no sand gets into the coffee. I would recommend it to anyone who, like us, needs caffeine in the morning.
