Trust the Stanley Name

I have just returned from a three day trip with four adult males who can consume colossal amounts of coffee in the morning. I used a light kettle to heat water on my pocket rocket cooker and then added it to the press. Works like any press you've ever used. It was a very efficient way to brew multiple cups of coffee in a short amount of time. To be honest, I drink "rotten" coffee that can remove stains from pavement. This press made me feel like I was going to the bistro for my morning coffee…

Sturdy construction Coffee, tea and espresso

First I brew coffee by letting it sit for a few hours, usually overnight so I get a nice, strong cup the next morning. This thing keeps the temperature of the brewed coffee high enough that it's still hot after a few hours if I pour a cup straight from the jar (as you'd expect from Stanley). The only complaint I have, and realized I upped my rating because it works great now, is that the max fill line is a little confusing. Inside the jar it now looks like a connecting line of material just…

The waterline is actually below the ledge where the filter piston is!

We love french press coffee! But after we bought two new glass presses because it was cheaper than buying a spare glass part, we started looking for something else. And we found it at the Stanley French Press. I wish it was a little more stylish but hey! The coffee was excellent from the first pot. Some reviewers complained that the filtration system was faulty, resulting in leaks and thicker cups when pouring. This is easy to avoid. Other reviewers, like us, read most of the reviews...both…

Big! Not so great. But still GREAT! Clear?

I bought this mainly because I was fed up with the glass french press. I'm not a sensitive type. And the glass usually breaks around me. So I saw this model from Stanley and immediately bought it. The thing is huge! is massive! If that bothers you, then don't buy it. It didn't bother me. And I take this thing with me when I travel. Because of the size, I usually put gear in it so I can use it to protect whatever I put in it. But it will be very difficult to take it with you. Not impossible, but
