The product was very well packaged but part was very damaged when unpacked. The damage turned out to be factory damage as the part was sandwiched between other undamaged parts. It turned out to be the back of the box so I removed the wood glue and staples and attached the piece. Assembly was fairly easy, although it took about 2.5 hours. This involved gluing and securing the rockin box back. I really appreciated that the instructions were detailed and to the point and that all parts were properly labeled. I highly recommend using your own handle hex key, it was very difficult to use the one provided. You will also need a rubber mallet to hammer in wooden dowels and dowels. I left the rollers down as they will be used in the tiled bathroom. Upon reassembly, I found that two cabinet doors also had factory damage. In addition, the top and one door of the cabinet were slightly warped. The deformity was somewhat minor, not so large that it was immediately noticeable, but enough to be seen very quickly on close inspection. Also, the color is very thin. I assembled it on a rug as the instructions suggested, but the edges of the top lying flat on the rug had worn off the gray paint at the corners, showing the dark primer underneath. The drawer binds a little, but not enough to interfere with use. The doors have a good magnetic latch that works well. I decided to keep this item as I suspect an exchange will cause similar problems and it would be quite difficult to find another durable light gray storage item of the same size.
