I wish I had switched to Purigen sooner!
I use this in my musk turtle tank, it works MUCH better than a regular charcoal filter. With the charcoal filter on towards the middle of the month, the water got a bit cloudy/smelly and I had to do big water changes. With Purigen, I do minimal water changes every week, and the best part is that at the end of the month I can just "load" the Purigen, flush it for a day, and then go back to running instead of buying a brand new one. filter ๐
