Oh my god I finally programmed it after an hour of repeated actions, clearing memory, watching YouTube, reading reviews, two phone calls to the company (which were answered with one shot) and I still don't know how I finally got it to work. In the end the LEDs flashed like they should, I entered the code, they kept flashing, so I entered the code again and suddenly it worked! If you have a problem, clear the memory as described on page 2, follow the programming instructions carefully, if the lights keep flashing, re-enter the code and cross your fingers! 3 stars for the disappointment, I hope it works next time. Holy Moly! For reference, my garage door opener is model DC3700e, the remote control is M3-2312 and the back says 315MHz. I bought this to replace an earlier model keyboard that worked great and was easy to program but was #worn. Much luck!
