Good customer service connectors are difficult to use
Can't get it to work with external LED strips. I've tried several times and they just won't connect. It seems like the clear plastic cover on the LED strip is too thick for the clamp to work. I am changing my rating to three stars. The company emailed me with an offer to refund my money. I finally figured out how to get the connectors working. You have to remove the clear plastic coating on the light strips, which is very difficult. Once the plastic cover is removed, the connectors snap into place, but I don't think they'll be waterproof at all.
