Review on 🔌 NGK (55004) RC-FX101 High Performance Spark Plug Wire Set by Marvin Breezy

I used the exact same model NGK RC FX-101; 55004 wires have been installed in the past and they have worked great on my 2009 Subaru Legacy Non-Turbo; Ordered again after 2 years, the same cables come, but the trunk connector where it connects to the coil is different. It's shorter, doesn't fit properly and slips right off the bobbin pack, couldn't get those second pairs to snap. Tried my old wires and they clicked right in; so the new wires are changed. This is a good product but disappointing that it doesn't work. The old NGK cable connectors were made by Fuji Heavy Industries, the new ones by Delphi. Both are good manufacturers, but changing the boot/connector vendor probably explains why they didn't work. Waste of time, now I'm going back to OEM Subaru wiring harnesses.
