Good for one-time needs.

We didn't want to invest in a permanent roof rack, this is a great alternative. They are easy to put on and take off. They are also easy to store as they fit in a neat bag. The only complaint is that as a driver, my head touches the belt when crossing inside, which is a little annoying. Otherwise we make adjustments and they can be used on different cars if someone needs to borrow them.
