The product came in almost open packaging with no instructions. I have a padlock attached to my trailer. The keys were already in the lock, and when I turned them to unlock the wheel mount so I could open it, the entire lock assembly popped out. Of course it can't work that way, but I didn't get any instructions. I managed to assemble the item correctly (I think) but it still didn't feel right. I found a video on Revain explaining how to use the product and then locked the wheel lock. However, since the lock fell apart so easily and after seeing what the inside was like I felt I or anyone else could use pliers and remove the locking knot easily. I have contacted the seller to discuss this. I was advised to look in the direction (which was not included) and told them about it. I haven't heard from them since then. I have returned the item.
