Pleasant shopping experience

I found it better than I imagined when I received it. This car lock is really heavy and good quality. I tried it as soon as I received it. The operation is very simple, I get to work quickly. It is also very safe and convenient to carry. In addition, customer service is good, very patient and prompt. Good value for money. I will also recommend it to my friends if they need it.

Only mediocre anti-theft device

I don't like the studs because they don't fit on my trailer wheels. The round plate that covers the nuts doesn't work very well on my trailer either, the hub sticks out quite a bit so the plate doesn't cover the nuts very much. It seems like the arm should have a lock and anyone can open it even further with a tool. If I could, I wouldn't buy it. At the moment I'm not sure if I can return it or not.

Was impressed until I lost the key. It took less than 10 seconds to crack it.

I've had it on my trailer for a few years now. It's easy to use and definitely well built. Except for a part. This is a clear deterrent. However, I lost the key to it last weekend and went out to find out how the hell I was supposed to get this thing off my trailer. It turned out that the wing, in which the lock is located, bends with a very light pressure with a screwdriver. I cracked and disabled it in less than 10 seconds. I'm not 100% sure we got it right. I'm not too keen on two big nails which I assume should flatten the tire if someone tries to drive it. But maybe the municipalities use this thing that gives the feeling of a real boot? The quality is questionable.

The product came in almost open packaging with no instructions. I have a padlock attached to my trailer. The keys were already in the lock, and when I turned them to unlock the wheel mount so I could open it, the entire lock assembly popped out. Of course it can't work that way, but I didn't get any instructions. I managed to assemble the item correctly (I think) but it still didn't feel right. I bought this item for my small camper trailer with 15" tires. The tire size was as specified by the seller. Goods received within 2 days. I inspected the item and found it to be of good quality. I went to where I store my RV and tried to install the item. There I noticed some quirks that others noticed. The latched flap door blocking access to the puff controller is a bit quirky.
