Review on Epson Home Cinema 1060 Full HD 1080p 3,100 Lumens Projector with 2x HDMI & Built-in Speakers by Mary Alvarado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So here I was. in video projectors

So I was with a good old electronic screen but no projector and our party was less than a week away. I was doing some research and was about to buy one of these works for $300 but something told me not to go cheap. So it was one of the best I could find and with a company that has been in business since 1942 you can never go wrong. Anyway, they got here quickly (you gotta love that top notch delivery) and they even added 6 months of Revain music. It was very quick to set up, with plenty to do just by plugging an old flash drive into one of the HDMI ports on the back. Came with two. The USB port provided enough power for the flash drive, so we were fine. And boom, even during the day we have a great picture. I had to handle the fire stick like an old pair of rabbit ears to pick up the WiFi signal. The old house and the router on the other side of said house don't match. However, after some fiddling, I got a good signal on the porch and started the show. The picture was bright and clear, and as I said, it was daylight. When night falls we might as well have one of those fancy 85-inch OLED TVs. This bug was bright! And the narrator was half bad too. I was planning on connecting our speaker to this but the projector didn't have a 3.5 jack, only RCA jacks. But it wasn't anything I could hope for, especially after finding out I could use the Epson app to live stream from my phone to the projector! Definitely positive, no doubt worth investing in this projector. But you are welcome to order an RCA to 3.5mm adapter if you need high quality sound. The speakers are good but not the best.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
