I usually wear a medium size but bought a large because it was on sale and I would take a risk if it was a little loose, but the material is tight and very stretchy so it fits perfectly and doesn't dangle piece! Super happy with the quality! It is thick but breathable and very soft. A review that said something about the size being too big is complete nonsense. I train and lift weights daily. I'm 130 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches tall. The model doesn't look like a regular t-shirt or cotton fabric, the arm and leg openings fit very snugly without interfering with circulation or causing discomfort, a great deal, I bought about six pieces. Same materials in the medium size and it's good that the medium fits perfectly, the large fits amazing too.
