I like that it is easy to use, has many options for different types of churches (i.e., non-denominational/non-church organization).

It's also very customizable! Donation can be expensive sometimes so you have to get creative with your budgeting process in order to make sure there isn't any unnecessary spending going out over time. You'll need someone who knows how to navigate this program well if they're not already familiar with its inner workings because some functions are pretty complex. But once everything gets set up correctly, donor tracking works great.
