The straight brush idea is great and works better than a toothbrush for cleaning window openings but the bristles came out on first use. stay and slip away. It was easier to use a rag than to fiddle around trying to hold it to the frame. If you don't clean your blinds monthly, dirt streaks will remain on the fabric after about 10 washes. It wasn't as helpful as I had hoped.
