Review on Vacuum cleaner Samsung VC18M31A0HU/EV, dark blue by Ognian Dimitrov ᠌

It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

For a very long time, I had wanted to get a vacuum that does not require a bag. But I delayed doing it until I got a place of my own. We eventually relocated, and I succumbed to the temptation of the VC18M31 vacuum cleaner's turbine, which "prevents hair, wool, and dust from wrapping around the filter, maintaining suction power 2 times longer." Everything turned out to be entirely different in reality. Specifically, the complete opposite. The use of this vacuum cleaner is not advised if there are carpets in the home or if someone with long hair is discovered there! Hair, dust, and, in particular, carpet fluff quickly wind up on the turbine, causing a dramatic decrease in suction force. Then another issue arises: the engine begins to overheat. This is because there is no indicator of power or overload, and the vacuum cleaner's noise is hardly audible whether it is or not. And you only start to realize this once it starts to smell burnt. This is the primary drawback. The "accessories" — the brush and everything to which it is attached — irritate me greatly because they appear and perform extremely subparly. When compared to our old vacuum cleaner, there are no locks to secure the brush to the pipe. It is applied tightly and removed tightly. I had no idea this was feasible with an 8000-dollar vacuum cleaner. I guess I didn't perceive any benefits from the highly publicized bagless system. I believed that this wouldn't be an issue inside the home because you could simply go outside and empty the trash can. I neglected to consider the fact that at -20 degrees, carrying a container along the street is not particularly practical. It often becomes dusty, therefore you should also bring the filter that is under the container. What a vacuum cleaner, especially when you consider that the turbine frequently becomes clogged in just five minutes!

Pros
  • not found any.
Cons
  • 1. The claimed turbine actually collects all the hair and debris, operating in the exact opposite manner. 2. Inexpensive "accessories" like brushes, tubes, etc. for a vacuum cleaner at that price. 3. The container didn't seem to offer any convenience to me either. 4. After three months of use, the back cover that hides the filter started to come off a minute after the device was turned on. It used to go for at least five to ten minutes. According to the reviews, there was a glaring design issue that affected all comparable devices.
