After receiving them for not reading the reviews or descriptions I made the same mistake of seeing a lot of comments. I thought it was false advertising and they came small but people forget to read the reviews and comments, if you check the reviews in the comments they inform you that this is orbi and you have to sit in the water for them expand so they don't. t remained small, they expand after being placed in water. Overall I liked how it looked for my centerpieces. I was able to fill 12 medium sized vases without using half a bag.
