Review on Nordic Ware Microwave Muffin Breakfast Kitchen & Dining for Bakeware by Michelle Jackson

I have used this product for many years but bought 8 of these for Christmas breakfast/Christmas gifts for the family. We prepared a mix of eggs, spinach, feta cheese, and roasted red peppers ahead of time. OK. 1/4 inch. in an egg cooker it is sprayed without chopsticks. Cooked for about a minute and laid out on toasted English muffins. Delicious! I make small batches of different egg mixes all the time and keep them handy in the fridge. Measure, microwave and done.
