Took me about 30 minutes to fit them. My old ones were very worn and wow what a difference between fresh bushings. I recommend just getting completely new arms rather than changing bushings. They are painful but coming back without accidentally squeezing your hand and then you will quickly rip them off your hand and I can tell you that from experience. . After that, it won't be a good trip.
