I am very disappointed with the return program. I paid for a fully functional product with defective delivery. The total cost of the speakers is about $135. Now I have to pay to return YOUR nearly $50 broken product. I will buy them again and packed $185 into a product that only costs $135. I have already ordered another pair from another website. It seems to me that you have a problem with the speaker manufacturer and are shifting some of the financial burden onto the customer. I'm also pretty sure you would get all your money back from the speaker manufacturer. Don't tell me about buying a guarantee either. Everyone knows that more than 99% of the time it's not necessary and it's really just a source of income for you. Not sure if that covers shipping as well. Very disappointed.
