Although everything seems to work as expected, there were no bugs in the software. However, the setup is a bit confusing and it will take you a while to figure it out. I couldn't get cameras to work without connecting a monitor directly to the unit. After that I was able to manipulate the settings in the web interface. The instructions don't quite match the software. They are close but some things have been reorganized or just changed. You have to create multiple accounts and set passwords, and it's not clear what you're doing and why when you set it up. Later you will start to understand how to use it. If you're not very tech savvy, setting them up might be a problem. Maybe you can find a video about it on the internet. The cameras themselves have a metal body and appear to be of good quality. Pictures of them look pretty good, but anything moderately fast moving will be blurry. I'm not sure if it's the frame rate or the camera itself. Probably the camera is sharp as it's supposed to be, just Juma video because there's only 15 frames per second. The default motion settings seem good, there aren't too many false positives. You can also ignore regions. For IR results, a brighter IR source could be used at longer distances. At 40-50 feet you can't see anything at night. Overall I'm glad I went for the 4K cameras (4K actually, read the other camera specs carefully) and they live up to my expectations.
