I bought this item to use in my own car but at home I need to mount it on the drive deck. I just started driving this car and I can't see anything from behind. It was easy to install, I just had to drill a hole behind the car sign. I routed the wires under the carpet in the trunklid, zip-tied them to the lid's support, stretched them through the trunk and under the carpet trim on the door. It took about 40 minutes to finish. The camera is adjustable and offers a good field of view. Markers are easy to read and indicate when to stop. Night time is a bit grainy but still visible. I like my parking is much easier now. Beware they harass you with review and offer you exclusive discounts and offers if you leave a good review, but I have never been offered any discounted items after reviewing this item for many months. . Not happy they sent so many emails and didn't reply! No discounts are granted. Or product reviews. want customer service. HA! They won't answer even after they give you an extended guarantee! Oh yes they will email you for review but will not answer any questions. Mine died within the warranty period so they ignore my emails. Changed from 5 to an1 because of customer support!
