I've been using these for a few months now and don't know what I would do without them. They fit almost any size pan I need except a round one, but I think you can buy multiple types of round pans separately. They are very easy to store as they don't take up as much space as long metal racks and their size makes them ideal for a variety of uses. They are also very easy to clean in the dishwasher. I saw a review that said they had a white coating. It comes out of the dishwasher. You can either put white vinegar in the rinse aid dispenser or do what I do, which is to have a bottle of vinegar ready for anything that comes out of the dishwasher with a white coating. Spray and rinse and you should place it well in the closet.
