Great Product if it works flawlessly and provides good customer service
The best thing about this product, which I have used for over 5 years now as an employee of our organization in India (Dhaka), was its ability to integrate with other products like Salesforce CRM or Pipedrive etc., so you can create custom dashboards using these integrations easily without any coding required! It also has some nice features such as drag & drop functionality but not all are working properly sometimes due to lack of technical support from their end - even though they claim otherwise at times!! You need proper knowledge regarding how things work internally before deciding whether your current tooling meets requirements completely? If yes then definitely go ahead because there's nothing else better than having everything within one place rather integrating multiple systems together manually every time when needed. We were solving problems related to data collection/management by collecting information via surveys / questionnaires sent out.
