I started 200mg at night and it kept me from sleeping. I then tried 50mg in the morning hoping to increase the dose to 200mg. This small dose caused my high blood pressure to rise to dangerous levels. Two days after I stopped taking it, the spikes were gone. These supplements work differently in different people. I've seen reviews from people who have benefited from this supplement and I'm happy for them. But in my case it was not allowed.
