I also bought a children's nozzle for my 3-and-a-half-year-old son, and he enjoys using it to brush his teeth (we clean the usual brush regularly, and this one 3-4 times a week) The benefits of using this brush include excellent cleaning, the removal of plaque, and a shiny, clean finish on the teeth, all of which help to prevent the formation of tartar. Negatives: My gums are really sensitive, so I can only use it once per day. I wouldn't say it hurts much, but it does occur.
