Beautiful item but lost a few jewels along the way :(

I was so excited when I received this so I was disappointed when I opened it and a few jewels fell off. I still have it used and it wasn't even noticeable as it was all shiny silver but it was still disheartening to receive a faulty item brand new I know I can always re-paste them myself it also sat a little crooked on my tree , but I think it's just because it's heavy and trying to balance on a branch or two in the top of the tree so it'll probably happen with any top. But it's very pretty! Reminds me of something in Whoville!
