I've tried several rim cleaners and this is the best. The soft, removable terrycloth cap is worn over a sponge pad that separates it from the flexible plastic handle. TRY THIS, you won't be disappointed! Cleans my motorcycle wheels quickly and easily without scratching. I'm buying 6 more if they stop making it.
