Review on CamelBak 90512 Conversion Hydro Lock by John Souza

I have two camel backs with these bite valves and they work great for quick connection to my water filter. My wife bought another brand of packaging and lost her bite valve so I bought her one of these. It didn't work properly. It wouldn't turn off no matter how hard we pressed the buttons. I contacted Camelbak and received such excellent customer service that I am willing to give four stars. Things in life are rarely perfect. What matters to me is that this company immediately sent me another one that works without a problem. Thanks camel cow. Excellent customer service.
