The blue cellophane is not removable.
Tires have blue cellophane on the metal part of the tire. I can't get anything off the metal cover. you can see it So messy and ugly. I embroider them to give as gifts but I can't if they are covered in cellophane. This looks bad. What now. I can't take everything off!
