I like how easy it was to use - there were no glitches or issues with our first two uses of this program. It's super user friendly! The ability to keep track of multiple units during a large event (ie. Fireworks) really helps us out in ensuring everyone gets where they need to be at the right time. This has also made communication easier between different departments/units within my department as well. We are able to share information very quickly about what we're doing with other departments/units without having to worry about losing data or not being up to date because someone else got ahead of me. There isn't anything I dislike about this product specifically; however, sometimes the interface can get confusing when trying to make changes if something goes wrong. Overall though, everything works great and doesn't have any significant downsides. Keeping track of all personnel movements and keeping them updated is essential for making sure everyone knows exactly who.
