I love how easy it is to make updates and changes to the app. I also like how easily it can be used to keep track of people in my department. One thing that I wish was easier to use was how long each person has been with us and how many different assignments they have had. Sometimes it's difficult to figure out if someone is working or not because their status doesn't always show up. I like how easy it was to use - there were no glitches or issues with our first two uses of this program. It's super user friendly! The ability to keep track of multiple units during a large event (ie. Fireworks) really helps us out in ensuring everyone gets where they need to be at the right time.
