I bought these bowls to replace a set of beautiful stainless steel bowls without lids. It was all about the covers. So I'm particularly disappointed that these lids don't work. You are in the middle and nothing happens, you press one side and the other pops open. The lids do not adhere to the trays and cannot seal. The lid also sticks out, which makes stacking difficult and can spill in the fridge. In the photo, I'm pressing down firmly, but as you can see, one side always pops out. USELESS. I strongly suspect that many of the positive reviews on this product are not from people who have tried the lids as any customer who actually tries to use these lids will be bitterly disappointed. you have been warned
