Review on ⚡️ Appliance Shield: Top Rated Surge Protector for All Large Appliances - Best in Class 20 Amp by Robert Moloney

So far so good - accessories and supplies

I use this for my washing machine. I will be replacing it with a more modern one soon and wanted some extra protection. My house electrical panel does not have clear circuits for the entire house surge protector and this is where the surge protector is mentioned. I'm not exactly sure how this works, but it sounds good and I have some thoughts on how such a device could help with that. Before I used this, most of the time when I started my washing machine, the EV charger, which is on its own circuit but of course uses the same grounding system, GFI protection kicked in. . The outlet and circuit for the washing machine (and electric vehicle charger) are properly connected. The only downside to this product is that it not only blocks the exits above or below, but also next to them. This means that I cannot connect a gas dryer at the same time that uses a regular 15/20A 110V socket. I've been thinking about adding a separate electrical box and outlet for the dryer anyway, so I'll get it working, but others might run into this issue. Update 01/07/2019: The original purpose of my purchase was fully fulfilled. With this, the electric car charger no longer causes errors. Also, a week ago there was a problem with the electricity network in the neighborhood, we had a power outage - the voltage dropped to 105 volts, and sometimes to 94 volts. This device signaled an undervoltage and cut off the power supply to the washing machine, thereby protecting it.
