Not very bright good for me

I really like it, and it was easy for me to install. Wish it was about twice as bright. I have a hard time figuring out how to translate lumens into the old wattage, and what the companies tell you isn't really accurate for me. It says 200W, but I used to get blinded by a 100W bulb. This is 60W, maybe 75W equivalent for me. Maybe it's just the way it's diffused. Nonetheless. Not nearly bright enough.

Pros

The flush mount design reduces the risk of dust and debris buildup.

Cons

The fixture may produce a glare that is uncomfortable or irritating for some users
