My 6 year old has been using this stool for about 3 months in his 1st class. HUGE BEHAVIOR IMPROVEMENT! My boy is very, VERY energetic and "touchy". This stool allows him to channel that energy without touching his neighbors or disrupting their teaching and the teaching of the class as a whole. Our 1st grade teacher is so supportive of her that she asked the school to look for a stipend to pay her for the entire class. class, and your school and teacher will allow you to bring an external chair (i.e., this study stool) into the classroom, grab it, and do it as quickly as possible. There has been a big change in our family and I hope this will help other families too!
