My right hand has nerve damage and I have trouble feeling and manipulating small things (airsoft pellets for example). These really help with feeding pellets into the magazine. In my magazine I can slide and lock back the spring mechanism and then my numb(ish) hand can push the button to feed in the pellets. In my case I don't try to push the pellets into the magazine, I just feed them in (basically let them drop right in). It's super fast and easy and not annoying process that it was before.
